What This Document Covers
How spacehillscasino.online handles personal data: what arrives, why we keep it, and when it goes. It governs this site alone. Follow a link elsewhere and that destination's policy applies from that point.
Data We Receive
Sent by you. Messages through the contact form or by email bring us a name, an email address and the text you wrote.
Logged automatically. IP address, browser and version, operating system, referring page, pages requested and timestamps — the standard record any web server keeps for any visitor.
Card details and identity documents are never requested. This site has no function that would require either.
Purposes
- Replying to correspondence
- Keeping the site available, diagnosing faults, handling abuse
- Understanding which pages hold attention, so we know what to improve
- Complying with a legal obligation where one exists
Cookies
A small set. Strictly necessary cookies keep core behaviour working, including your language selection. Analytics cookies count visits in aggregate.
Both can be blocked or cleared from your browser at any time. Blocking the necessary set degrades the site; blocking analytics has no visible effect.
Analytics
Grouped traffic figures tell us arrivals, attention and exit points. Nothing is examined individually. No advertising profiles are built and no data is sold.
Recipients
Hosting and analytics suppliers acting on our instructions, limited to what their service requires. Otherwise only where law compels disclosure or where we must defend a legal claim.
Personal data is never sold, rented or exchanged.
Retention
Correspondence is held for the life of the conversation and a reasonable period after. Server logs rotate on a short cycle. Aggregate analytics carry no identifiers and persist.
Your Rights
The GDPR gives you access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Write to info@spacehillscasino.online; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority at any time.
Security
TLS protects traffic in both directions and mailbox access is limited to those who need it. No arrangement is perfect and we will not claim otherwise, but the measures are proportionate to the small amount of data involved.
Minors
Adults only. We do not knowingly hold data from anyone under 18. Tell us if you believe we do and it will be removed.
Revisions
Changes appear here under a new effective date. Anything significant is stated openly.
